Green Smoothies and Juicing


We have started our voyage with a few new things. The first major one is green smoothies and juicing. If you have not heard of these drinks or if you are interested in finding out more on your own, I would like to suggest you start with “Green for Life” by Victoria Boutenko.  (book link on side bar)

Our smoothies and juicing consists of the following veggies so far…
  • Red Lettuce
  • Kale
  • dandelion
  • Celery
  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Grapes
  • Apples
  • Pineapple
  • Watermelon
And that is what we have used so far. We will post as often as we can what we are using for that day and how we felt about it it.
