Well we are on day 10 and we both feel great. In fact it has not been too bad for either of us. Typical day tends to be smoothie for breakfast. One for lunch along with a salad. Then a snack here and there, nuts, hummus, banana's and the like. Then a nice smoothie and salad for dinner. It has been going quite well.
We had a smoothie yesterday morning that was super good. Here is the recipe...
handful of spinich
one pear
one gala apple
one banana
2 cups water (more or less depending how thick you can handle)
I think that was it. Yummy it was!
