This morning we put the sun in a glass. Banana, carrots, oranges and lemon. This one is very good. And a lot more filling than you would think.

Cherry of a Breakfast

This mornings smoothie consisted of 25 bing cherries, 1 apple and 4 leafs romaine lettuce. Add 3 cups water and blend. Made 2 servings. Nice way to start the day.

Blueberry and Banana Ice Cream

Rick is on a kick now...at the grocery store they occasionally have bags of bananas for 99 cents.  So we buy them, peel them and freeze them.  Rick took fresh blueberries and frozen bananas and made "ice cream" for dessert tonight.  I have started picking fresh black raspberries so those were delicious also:)
