We went a bit different this morning, steering away from some of the fruit sugar.
- 8 leafs red lettuce
- 2 stocks celery
- 3 medium/large carrots
- 2 medium/small apples
I know the apples and carrots are still in there but the drink was not near as sweet as we have been doing. I think I will pick some dandelion this evening when I get home, a good suggestion from my friend Jeff.
