Here we are with yet another sunny day. Temps will be in the low 70's with some clouds here and there. All in all pretty nice day. This mornings juice was lettuce, carrot, red beet, endive and apple. Only used 1/3rd of a baby beet. I did not want to push the beet juice to hard. It is truely powerful stuff.
Happy to report the onion bread turned out pretty good! In fact a have an onion bread sandwich with humus and sprouts for lunch! My home grown sprouts are coming along. They should be done Friday.
